Program Description

Our High School CrossFit classes at Southern Boom CrossFit are crafted to help high school athletes develop strength, conditioning, and mental toughness in a supportive environment. These classes are perfect for teens looking to enhance their overall fitness, complement their sports training, or simply stay active. Each workout is scalable, tailored to meet individual fitness levels while challenging participants to improve every session. Our experienced coaches emphasize proper form, injury prevention, and goal-oriented training, ensuring that each athlete builds a solid fitness foundation. Each 60-minute session includes a warm-up, skill practice, workout, and cool-down for a complete training experience.
