We are a fully equipped Rouge facility situated in a climate-controlled environment. Additionally, we offer a range of advanced equipment including Reverse Hyper, Ski-Erg, Crossover Symmetry, Assault Bikes, GHDs, Olympic platforms, bars, and plates.
