In teams of 3, complete the following in order:

300 air squats to a wallball

225 DU/SU

150 walking lunges

75 pullups

1000m run

*Every 3 minutes, complete 3 burpees

– split the reps equally between teammates

-only one teammate working at a time

-switch when needed

-run is “burpee free”
