In teams of 3, complete 2 rounds for time of:

75 toes to bar

75 box jumps 24/20

75 back squats 135/95

REPS DO NOT COUNT UNLESS:

-while one partner is completing toes to bar, the other two partners are performing a deadlift hold

-while one partner is completing box jumps, the other two partners are in a handstand hold

-while one partner is completing back squats, the other two partners are performing a dead hang from the rig
