Perform the NCFIT Performance workout with the following goals and/or adjustments…
GOAL: We’ve seen this before. Big sets on the Wall Balls and steady on the Box Jumps. Don’t slack off the on the Run. See if you can beat your previous best!

100′ Handstand Walk*

GOAL: RPE 9 | Start faster than you want to. After the jump rope let’s try to be aggressive with the DB Devil’s Press. Then bring it home with the Handstand Walk.
