If completed, add 4 minutes and proceed to:

25 toes to bar

50 double-unders

13 squat cleans 185/115

If completed, add 4 minutes and proceed to:

25 toes to bar

50 double-unders

11 squat cleans 225/145

If completed. add 4 minutes and proceed to:

25 toes to bar

50 double unders

9 squat cleans 275/175

If completed, add 4 minutes and proceed to:

25 toes to bar

50 double unders

7 squat cleans 315/205
Scaled Movements:

25 hanging knee raises

50 double unders

15,13,11,9,7 squat cleans at

95/55, 115/75, 135/95, 155/115, 185/135

If you complete the current round in under 4 minutes, you may begin the next round immediately. You DO NOT have to wait for the 4 minutes of the current round to expire.
