Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a partner, 45 min AMRAP of the following:
17 cleans 135/95
76 air squats
*Only use one barbell per team of two.
*Divide reps as desired. Only one partner working at a time.
*After completing the 76 air squats each round, teams will unload barbell and complete a 200m plate carry. Each partner will carry a plate. Return from the run and reload your barbell.
