    CrossFit Classes
    Our CrossFit classes are scaled and modified for all fitness levels. If you have an injury or a physical limitation, our CrossFit trainers will substitute and/or modify the workout accordingly for you. Each class is 60 minutes long. Memberships starting at $110/month. read more

    • Mobility and Recovery Drills
    Private Training
    Our Private Training is scaled and modified for all fitness levels. We offer private training for anything you choose and specialize in Olympic Lifting, CrossFit, Strength and Aerobics to name a few. We offer specials for 2 or more people. read more
